Aldgate Capital Partners was established in 2009 by Sonia Alvarez and Jaume Bergé with the objective to become one of the reference independent investment banking boutiques in the Spanish market.
Since its incorporation, Aldgate has advised an increasing number of entrepreneurs, non-listed companies and management teams in corporate transactions and value-creation projects.
Headquartered in Barcelona, Aldgate provides services to companies operating in all industries.
